According to this page,
http://defaced.alldas.de/defaced.php?attacker=theli&p=1,
'theli' has been responsible for 87 defacements since
early January.  

To stop it...  Secure your server.  You should prob'ly
start by installing all the patches/hotfixes/etc. for
it...
