The MTA is a Windows 2000 box that is configured to try to use IPsec VPN
for communications if possible, but fall back to clear text in IPsec fails.

Hi,

ever seen this? You get Mail [of course it was spam] and some
seconds before the MTA tried to connect to 500/udp.
So I did a telnet MTA on port 25 and yet again more isakmp
packets. What hidden &^%*&^%* is this?
If you want to reproduce the effect: 62.157.90.194

ciao
