lsof -i :[port in question] should do the trick. lsof (list open files) can be had at ftp://vic.cc.purdue.edu/pub/tools/unix/lsof/
On that note, I think it might be time to reiterate for anyone on this list who is new to Unix administration that lsof is about the most massively useful (to borrow a massively useful phrase from Douglas Adams) third party utility available to the sysadmin. If you haven't got it, get it. If you've got, use it. Often. Cheers, RGF Robert G. Ferrell, CISSP Information Systems Security Officer National Business Center U. S.
