Looks like an eggdrop bot, the IRC channel-holding bot that practically
every script kiddie on IRC uses. This one's called "zolton" and run by the
Assassins, whoever they may be - possibly related to
http://www.assassins-crew.de/, though that page doesn't tell you much at
all.
