Honeynet in a VMware NAT network

I tried Honeynet in a NAT network in VMware workstation for windows which in my sense mimics the "Real" case scenario. 
Nearly all networks have a NAT server. Does any one tried NAT, I would like to do some special scenarios but I'm 
running out of ideas.
