Re: roo time sync problem.

Tried the solution from bug id 289 but can't solve it.

I have double check the timezone using "date", "clock" & "hwclock"
command and all showing "HKT".  The Walleye HoneyWebInterface (HWI)
are showing the GMT time zone and time.

It seem like the bug of the HWI timezone config, please suggest and help...
