Please try adding --disable-webserver to your cmd line or turn off the one binding the port honeyd try to use.
For your conf file, you may want to add :set win2k ethernet "foobar" (see ethernet.c for a complete list) if you want to have a virtual computer on the same subnet as your host. Since honeyd 0.8b you can use this for host on the same subnet.
You may want to create a default template to your config file in order to avoid a bunch of hosts.
