Dear Everyone,Honeyd 0.8b is not logging information using the -l command. We have tried it many times even the use of ">>" or | tee on Linux Red Hat 9.0 is not working. Please Lance help us we are working on the Dynamic Honeypot and it is also our Final Year Project.
Also the fact that we were using all the unused IP space to deploy the honeyds, has had its drastic influence on the wireless network. Window IPs were issuing a duplicate IP message. I attribute it this since arpd waits for some time before it accepts an ARP request it is not waiting enough for the Wireless computer to receive the arp reply from the access point. If there is any advice we would greatly and enormously appreciate it. Maybe I can increase the waiting time, but I can not find the variable, point me out please.
Also if possible please help me with my last email concerning the MAC usage in honeyd 0.8b.
