James, The Honeyd toolkit needs to be expanded to /usr/share/honeyd folder. That ought to fix the "honeyd: fopen(xprobe2.prints): No such file or directory" error message. For simulating routers and virtual networks, you could check out this Honeyd networking tutorial: http://www.paladion.net/papers/simulating_networks_with_honeyd.pdf Thanks! -Roshen Roshen Chandran Paladion Networks http://www.paladion.net -----Original Message----- From: James Chong [mailto:james_cwy () yahoo com] Sent: Monday, January 05, 2004 7:22 AM To: honeypots () securityfocus com Subject: Error running honeyd-0.7a-beta2 kit I have been playing around with honeyd but cannot seem to get it to run.I am using the latest kit by Niel.
