Today my Avast antiviral became convinced that the July 7 issue of the RISKS Forum Digest is malware, and quarantined it. Since the first article in this particular Digest is the excellent summary of the "Keys Under Doormats" report, and since there has recently been evidence that the NSA has been trying to install backdoors into antiviral software, is it possible that the NSA is using it's backdoor to try and suppress access to this paper? Just a thought. (If so they are sloppy: Web access to http://catless.ncl.ac.uk/Risks/28.75.html is unimpaired.) ====================== (quote inserted randomly by Pegasus Mailer) rslade () vcn bc ca slade () victoria tc ca rslade () computercrime org You are not my router!
