How soon they forget, we crafted one open to all in AVEIN back in 2001.  Alex E. was 
provided a copy and we're working on getting it on the new AVIEN website.  I must say it was 
difficult, as I wore through 3 pair of asbestos long johns, over trivial wording (should, would, 
will, can).
