The fact a tracker says a given IP is participating doesn't in fact mean it is. You *do* know that at one point the copyright nazis had one company that was poisoning torrents with bogus IPs, and another company that was sending in reports pointing at those same bogus IPs because they didn't know they were poisoned IPs?
