How the F did a PFC with a bolo badge and no experience past basic wind
up (read the uniform) doing anything more than KP?

When I was in the Army, no-one who hadn't been in the army longer than 6
mos (and if you were Intel, that meant you'd made E-4) got access to
much more than a mop.

Are we really this hard up?
