I concur from a non-vendor perspective, dating back to January 2001. I think
they don't do research as much as WAGs.

Yes, yet another bozo idiotic prediction from a firm that is only capable of
accurately predicting its own cashflow -- from the vendors that pay to get
on its magic quadrants.  Gartner is quite simply the most patently awful
analyst firm I have ever dealt with as a vendor -- rude doesn't even
approach a description of this awful firm.
