a) How long before state tourism boards start suing Google for scaring travelers 
away from high flu areas?

b) How long before botnet operators get requests from (for example) California to 
get Florida area infected computers to start searching for flu related terms?

b) Is John Poindexter on the Google board, and is this just TIA hiding in plain 
sight?  You can search for an awful lot of other stuff on Google these days (vis: 
http://upload.gaiatools.com/files/googlesuggest_1.png )
