The Europeans aren't so hard . . . but I'm striking out trying to get
details on the China connection.

Chinese media are using these Chinese characters for the names of the
players there:

Hung-Ming Chiu (邱黄明)
Zhi Zhi Wang (王治治)

I'm actually not bad with Chinese hackers, but I haven't been able to
find anything on these guys . . . yet . . . if the Chinese characters
help anyone else out, please share back what you find.
