Exactly that is the reason why I'm not concerned with increased WHOIS privacy. At best, you'll get the real address of a victim who's credit card has been billed for the domain registration. At worst, the data is completely bogus. Only in the case of compromised web servers, WHOIS might give you some hints whom to contact.
