How do you mean? This seems to me like an EXCELLENT idea! The only
request I'd make is that when my phone's sensor went off I'd like to
know about it.

The idea of using thousands of low cost, privately paid for sensors as
opposed to large, expensive, stationary ones is perfectly reasonable
and sure to be more effective. We don't know where we might be
attacked but, unlike "gun free zones," anywhere known to be looking
for this type of attack is not likely to be attacked.
