Easy enough to avoid, right, provide no retention of your data -
backups or otherwise. Then its not a matter of expense but
possibility, "sorry, we don't retain copies of our e-mail, nor do we
back it up." Right?


Well, some U.S. congresscritters are trying to introduce
legislation to force that issue as well. This is the last
