It's possible to be too stupid to vote, but still smart enough to launch a DDoS attack with a point-n-drool interface. Fortunately for the net and unfortunately for democracy, most of those people were too busy voting yesterday to point-n-drool. Hopefully they were also too busy to reproduce.
