Good catch.  Here's a bit more info from the Dallas Morning News how
everyone in the food chain is making money off these TracFones:

Ms. Odeh said Saturday that her husband and his relatives are in business
together buying prepaid TracFones from places such as Wal-Mart for as little
as $20 apiece. The men then sell the phones to a wholesaler in Dallas, on
Harry Hines Boulevard, for about $40. He in turn ships them overseas, where
they often sell for up to $100 each.

(One company who is loosing money here is TracFone.)
