If we were to pick nits here, I'd say that Spaf's corollary was more relevant (allowing that we extend his use of "Usenet" to "the Internet" or similar): Sturgeon's Law (90% of everything is crap) applies to Usenet. Corollary: Nothing guarantees that the 10% isn't crap, too.
