"too good" as in "pithily accurate"?

Of course...

I've been saying much the same (about computer security in general, and 
see no reason for "Internet security" to be much different) for a  
decade or more.  In practice it is sometimes the COO or the CTO who is 
the real problem, but the CEO is a good place to hang the blame for 
having other bad CxO's.
