A non-free country allows it's citizens to make bad decisions too. Both 
free and unfree countries put their citizens in prison if the decisions 
are sufficiently bad. I don't see that this tells us anything.

So, you can have an armed revolt.

So, you aren't allowed to have an armed revolt, and you're likely to be 
put in prison if you try.
