That's pretty bizarre - cell companies will pay a FORTUNE for sites to
erect antennas. I have a friend who does corporate archaeology for
them all the time, he makes out well and says some of the smaller
farms he's been on have been saved by the lease.

I'd definitely hold out for a check.
