How does the Nigerian Petroleum Corporation manage to over-invoice by
exactly $30M, or other number ending in at least 6 zeros?  Whenever an
invoice amount gets screwed up here, it's off by $5.87 or $1,924.39 or
some similar weird amount....

(This applies to the variants of "money locked in a trunk" flavor - if you
*had* managed to scam $10M from someplace, wouldn't the trunk end up containing
$9,850,000 or so, because the other $150K went into your pocket to pay for
your hastily-planned exit? ;)
