So the result is that we have to constantly monitor every possible place that our records (hmmm... driver's license, auto license, voter registration, marriage records, real estate purchase, business license) could possibly be kept, not knowing who posts it, where its posted, WHEN its posted, and then send an official request before someone mines the data. Yeah, that sounds pretty workable.
