This just goes back to what I tell the folks around here...... the government releases the information that helps them meet a higher goal, whether it's true or not. Michael P. If the nasties of the week read this (or have it related to them), they forgo using the telephone. As internet traffic is also publicly known to be monitored they're left to little save the old messenger method. Which is easier to track? 100 million or so telephone calls, even higher numbers of e-mails or messengers in a suspect area?
