Officially, you can't read those RFIDs from more than 
a foot away.  So to make them as useful as cameras, 
they'd have to admit the RFIDs can be read at 30 feet 
or so, with an accuracy similar to cameras at a similar 
range.

And the human body doesn't let radio waves pass very freely, so they'd need
to be near the surface and high up. I suggest the back of the head with
"Uncle Martin" antennae attached for signal boosting. 

Perhaps in the future the signal can be made two-way and command hardware
wired into the brain so that the police can remotely subdue suspects and
perhaps even have them beat themselves.
