Note that this is the MediaMax (MediaMaxx?) DRM software that Sony (and a few others?) has been using (in various earlier versions) for quite some time on a few titles. SunComm like telling the world all about the "success" of their product and you'll find lots of press releases on their web site about CDs with their DRM protection warez on it. I think they only fairly recently added Mac support.
