Hotmail "security" ???

I just tried to log into my Hotmail account -- it's a couple of weeks 
since I did and I only use it for testing, but you have to login 
regularly to not lose it.

Attached is a screen shot of the "security" feature that now prevents 
me from logging in.  Apparently I need to log in ever -1 days to retain 
the account...
