Under US law, mere compilations of facts are *not* copyrightable, which is why for a long time, map companies would have intentional tiny errors on their maps, as the *errors* were copyrightable. Write the rest of the joke yourself - it's 3:30AM here and I've just spent waay too long debugging a Linux kernel issue (hint for newbies: Any Linux kernel that has *both* -rc *and* -mm tags in the version is for excitement-seekers only :)
