On a more serious note, how do you reach a contractual agreement with the purchaser before the transfer of money and code? Let us know on-list, perhaps we can stimulate a conversation about appropriate methods for independent exploit brokerage!
A 'paper' by the title of 'Assasination Politics' covered perhaps similar ground. Especially since it concerns the financing of radically illegal activity. Check it out: http://jya.com/ap.htm It's old, but it sure ruffled some feathers back then :) _______________________________________________ Full-Disclosure - We believe in it.
