The problem here is they're probably speaking about domestically. Now if you're doing business internationally with employees who travel abroad then you're talking about something else. He states that the CSI/FBI surveys suggest that wiretapping is rare. Should companies still be concerned with Wiretapping?
I'd argue that the vast majority of "wiretapping" isn't done officially by the Government.
