Speaking of Google..
I had the unfortunate fortune of working on an ad campaign recently. It brought to the fore many questions.. some of them were about this.

If I put an adword on "symantec", don't I breach their trademark, or Google does?

I doubt anyone would sue Google to find out, or be in courts for so long it won't matter any longer.

Annoying, but works both ways.

Gadi.
