Whining about wasting money

Each year, we throw a BILLION AND A HALF dollars down the toilet 
harassing GOOD AMERICANS at the airport for no good reason, except to 
make incompetent fools "Feel Safer".

I think a few million to KNOW if the Vote is Fair is worth it.
