It is undoubtedly a "real world" Distributed Denial of Service. Imagine the number of phone calls that valid phone number is getting this morning. If the number of calls is enough to prevent legitimate business calls from getting through at that number then it was successful. Our spammer must have a gripe with the bank.

I too received this message. It came from 210.0.189.159 in Hong Kong.
I went to look it up at samspade.org, but that site seems down.... possibly enduring a DDoS itself. :o(
