Administrivia: Noise and Politics

This is our now becoming a regular rant, or perhaps a plea for people to exercise good netiquette by trimming included text to an absolute minimum. Please also restrict "me too" sort of replies to the author of the message and NOT to the list unless you are certain it's of worth to the entire list. When the list noise gets bad, please be patient you can be certain we're trying to do something about it as it probably annoys us as well. Please always keep in mind that this is a security list and timely receipt of security information is important. Flooding the list with noise will impede the flow of information. Unless your information is critical, please consider restricting non-value added content to the smallest possible number of people. You are the the moderator of your own message to Full Disclosure. Think before you post! Since we don't moderate ONLY YOU CAN PREVENT THE NOISE. (this should be on a poster just like Smokey The Bear) Thank you to all who have contributed and we hope that Full Disclosure is helping the community(s) in some fashion. Political Issues (fire drill) This list may not be legal in the US for very much longer. We are still keeping a viable pool of volunteers around to host (a dedicated server and bandwidth) in Europe for Full Disclosure. preferably in a country that still believes in certain "uninalienable rights". If you are able to host the list on a moments notice and you haven't yet sent us your contact information, please do so. We hope it will never become necessary and that this is only a practice drill.
