So Mitnick was framed and managed to evade the law for years without ever
resorting to acts of fraud?  What was your point?  I've heard people argue
that he gave Poulsen an unfair treatment, but I've never heard anyone
complain about _The Fugitive Game_.  Would you mind letting the rest of us
in on your private Mitnick journalism critiques?
