It looks like TruSecure is that "disrespectable" company that
is purchasing Vigilinx
(http://www.nwfusion.com/news/2003/0218truseacqui.html &
http://columbus.bizjournals.com/columbus/stories/2003/02/17/da
ily13.html). Having worked with TS on a number of issues, I'd
have to agree with needsecjob () hushmail com's observation.

According to this post to the securityjobs list on Friday,
Vigilinx is being acquired by some disrespectable company.
Anybody have any information on this, or is it just a hoax?

The author of the email has yet to respond to any emails as
far as I know.

I am currently a vulnerability researcher for Vigilinx's
IntelliSHIELD Security Intelligence Service. Because of the
impending acquisition I am forced to look for work. Not
because I am being layed off but because I simply do not
respect our new parent company. I am currently located in
Columbus, OH and I am willing to relocate anywhere in the
U.S.A. Please contact me for a copy of my resume.
