Wow! I'm glad you're not in charge of the Justice Department. I would *hope* you need a little more proof than that. Everything you've listed is purely circumstantial. Wouldn't you at least like to have an IP linking him to the seeding of the worm? Or is the mere presence of his "handle" enough to throw his ass in jail?
