Fake or real... a quick check of the second email from zeno already raises
serious questions about authenticity...

This IP address is listed by ARIN as belonging to a company called InterVAN:

OrgName: International VAN S.A. de C.V.
  NetRange: 204.87.205.0 - 204.87.205.255
  TechPhone: (528) 399 8999
  TechEmail: admred () intervan net

A quick visit to www.intervan.net shows they're an ISP based in MEXICO.
ISC^2 are almost certainly not based in Mexico, so it's doubtful they'd use
a Mexican ISP (can't be bothered tracerouting it). None of the scam/hoax
pages I'm aware of match "isc" in a search, though.

Doesn't anyone track down spammers like the mangy dogs they are anymore? :)

Cya,
