OIS's code of conduct prohibits publishing "proof of concept" code.
Oh my god, how can the world survive without 0days from Microsoft, SGI or Oracle? Laying low the saracasm, OIS is a nice initiative from the corporate/we_make_money_out_of_security point of view. But for all those on the dark side it still doesn't make any difference.
