Thanks for some methods.
what i really ask is general mechanism of backdoor
detecting.Paper "Detecting Backdoors"(Cornell
University) gives some good algorithms,are there more
papers? 
 as always, suggestion & discussion appreciated.

These are personal use methods. Network-wide, you
would probably need an 
array of intrusion detection devices, and various
firewalls are vunlerable 
points (i.e. access points, DMZ, etc)
