[Administrivia] Email address change

I'm slowly starting to transition most of my communications away from my 
old proberts () patriot net address.  Traditionally, I've done moderation 
notices for this list from that address and personal post from 
paul () compuwar net.  I'm substituting this address for the patriot one, 
but will likely continue to use the compuwar one for personal stuff.  
Not a major change, but just in case some folks are filtering.

As usual, I'm behind on rejection notices, but caught up on postings.  
Expect this trend to continue, as I hate writing rejections.
