[Nokia IP330] no console access, machine reboots every minute

Hi there,

i have a Nokia IP330 box which is unreachabel.
When i try to connect via null modem cable to the console port 
and boot the box, it beeps, on my terminal screen ei get an "AT" 
and then, after a while of a few seconds, the machine boots again.

I tried to find a solution via google, but failed. 
There was someone stating Microsoft's Hyperterm could be the
reason for such a behaviour, but i use FreeBSD's minicom port...

Does anyone of you have an idea how to fix that?
