Checkpoint Interspect

Does anyone have experience and/or opinions on the Checkpoint InterSpect
product?  It seems Checkpoint has taken the approach of determining what
"good" traffic should look like and then blocking the rest.  They also allow
for signatures to and extent.  Any input would be appreciated.
