Netscreen reverting to default config

Hi,

I've been given the run-around by Netscreen with regard to the problem
of it's 5XP firewall appliance losing it's configuration when a
malformed packet hits it ( http://xforce.iss.net/xforce/xfdb/11506 )
We're running version 4.0.0r3.0 of ScreenOS. Does anyone else have this
issue, and if so, how did you get them to resolve it?
