Yeah we talked to them several times. The SecureDomainLogon just doesn't
fix the problem.
Have you (or anyone for that matter) done this before and had it work?
One thing you can do is to log on locally to your computer (caching your domain credentials) and then fire up the Securemote client to connect in to the network. IIRC, the SDL feature is only available in the commercial (and fairly expensive) SecureClient version.
