Encryption + Data Integrity (ESP) setting is not show in Transfo rm

Hello all,

I install Checkpoint NG FP3 HF2 on Win2k SP3, now I have an issue about
setting VPN.
That is an issue about ESP, this setting is not show in Transform when I
double click encrypt action to edit IKE phase 2 property. I can not find out
the way to enable it. Please help me on this issue.
